Valley First Credit Union in Modesto, CA is seeking an innovative Chief Growth Officer to lead growth strategy, strengthen member relationships, and accelerate sustainable expansion across marketing, channels, and digital engagement.
With 12+ years of leadership in the credit union space, the ideal candidate will drive brand development and create a seamless growth engine. Bachelor's is required; MBA preferred. Salary range is $225,000–$275,000 per year.
