Job description
Evidence Action is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to drive a step-change in impact by scaling donations from individuals, foundations, and institutions. The CGO will lead fundraising, communications, and thought leadership, partnering with program and operations teams to align strategy and resources.
The candidate will build and lead a high-performing team, deepen donor relationships, and develop innovative fundraising theses and funds.
