Job description
A growing healthcare services company serving nursing homes and senior living communities in the New York area is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to lead its growth.
The role leads the expansion of the business — building relationships with facility owners and operators, bringing on new accounts, and expanding into new markets and service lines — while working alongside the operating partner on managing the company. Candidates should be based in the New York area and have led a business, region or business unit in healthcare services, such as senior care, home health, hospice, pharmacy or medical supply.
The company is owned by experienced healthcare operators with deep roots in New York, who are looking for a strong leader to build with long-term: significant compensation, and a path to equity for someone who proves to be partner material.
