Job description
The University of Washington invites applications for Chief Health Informatics Officer (CHIO) in UW Medicine. This executive leads clinical informatics, ensuring Epic optimization, safe workflows, and alignment with the system’s mission of clinical excellence and equity.
The CHIO will be a practicing physician, build trust with frontline clinicians, guide AI and analytics adoption, mentor informatics teams, and partner with CIO, CMOs, and QA leaders to advance data-driven care.
