Job description
The Arc Western Montana seeks a Chief Human Resources Officer to lead a small HR team and partner with leaders across the organization on recruiting, training, coaching, and staff support. This is a hands-on, visible role focused on people-centered operations and a positive, inclusive culture.
The CHRO reports to the executive team, guides workforce planning, and ensures compliance with OSHA, ADA, FMLA and other laws while overseeing compensation, benefits, and professional growth.
