Job description
Enduring Ventures is seeking a General Counsel to be the firm’s first in‑house legal leader and the single legal owner across its portfolio. This hands‑on role focuses on drafting and negotiating acquisitions and financings, governing contracts, and coordinating a tight bench of outside counsel from our Los Angeles office.
You will own core deal work, sit with distressed situations, and guide principals fast with clear recommendations.
