Job description
Athena Intelligence seeks a Head of Legal and Compliance to establish and lead the company’s legal and regulatory posture from the ground up. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape policy, risk program, and enterprise contracts for an AI-driven enterprise software company.
The role requires managing GDPR, ISO, PCI, SOC 2, HIPAA programs, AI governance, and strategic regulatory initiatives. This is an in-office NYC position with direct leadership responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration.
