Job description

The Accounting Foundation in Norwalk, CT seeks a Vice President and General Counsel to serve as the chief legal officer for the FAF, FASB, and GASB, guiding governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management in partnership with senior leaders.

Reporting to the Executive Director, this role leads internal controls, oversees outside counsel, and advises on contracts, policy development, and strategic initiatives across the organization. A JD and CT bar eligibility are required.
