Job description
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING FOUNDATION seeks a Vice President and General Counsel to serve as chief legal officer for FAF, FASB, and GASB, guiding corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Reporting to the Executive Director, the GC will build a comprehensive legal framework, advise senior leadership, oversee outside counsel, and ensure high ethics and integrity in all FAF matters.
