Job description
IFF is seeking a General Counsel & Enterprise Compliance Lead to provide strategic legal guidance and advance enterprise governance, risk, and compliance. The role partners with executive leadership to integrate legal and regulatory considerations into strategic decisions.
The position reports to the President and COO and leads the Risk, Compliance & Legal team, advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion across governance practices.
