Job description
MissionHires is partnering with a well-known Investment Holding Company to hire an experienced Chief Legal Officer to serve as the senior legal advisor to a diversified investment platform across venture capital, private equity, infrastructure, and private funds.
This executive will partner with the CEO, Board, and portfolio management to oversee governance, cross-border transactions, fundraising, and regulatory compliance in the U.S. market, including EMTN programs and complex financings.
