Job description
The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) seeks a Chief Legal Officer to serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, board, and executive team. This role oversees Legal, Compliance, and HR and guides governance, regulatory risk, and legal strategy in a dynamic public-sector environment.
You will lead corporate governance, manage outside counsel, and partner across the organization to identify risks, shape policy, and advance key business objectives for Wisconsin’s statewide initiatives.
