Job description
Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas, Inc. seeks a strategic General Counsel to serve as the nonprofit's chief legal officer, guiding governance, compliance, and risk management across CACTX and its 70 member CACs.
You will provide expert legal advice to the CEO, board, and executive team, draft and negotiate contracts, oversee outside counsel, and ensure adherence to federal and Texas laws, HIPAA, and grant conditions.
