Job description
M.C. Dean is seeking its Chief Legal Officer to lead the enterprise legal function, advise the CEO on high-impact legal matters, and oversee privilege, budgeting, and outside counsel management. The CLO will collaborate across Contracts, Ethics and Compliance, Security, Risk, HR, Finance, and Operations to optimize organizational processes.
The role requires a JD/LLM, U.S. licensure, and experience with large construction contracting, technology/IP matters, and corporate governance.
