Communications Test Design, Inc. (CTDI) in West Chester, PA seeks an experienced General Counsel and Vice President of Legal Affairs to serve as the Company’s chief legal advisor and strategic partner to the CEO/COO and board.
This executive will manage all legal affairs, protect assets and reputation, and oversee governance, risk, and compliance. The role covers IP, international trade, employment matters, real estate, M&A, contracts, litigation, and budgets.
