Shutterfly is seeking a Vice President and General Counsel to serve as the lead attorney for all Shutterfly brands, providing strategic legal guidance to the executive team and board. The role reports to the CFO and oversees corporate governance, compliance, contracts, IP, privacy, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.
