The Symicor Group is seeking a Chief Lending Officer for a Minneapolis, MN bank client. The role leads the bank's lending strategy and profitability, overseeing commercial, CRE, mortgage, and SBA lending while ensuring sound credit administration and regulatory compliance.
This executive position requires 12–15+ years of progressive lending experience and 7–10+ years in senior lending management; a Bachelor's in Finance/Business/Economics is required, MBA preferred.
