Job description
LightForce is transforming orthodontics with a fully digital, 3D-printed platform. We seek an operations leader to scale a medtech manufacturing operation from early‑scale to a system supporting over $250M in revenue.
You will own strategy, throughput, yield, capacity, and cost, reporting to the President and guiding the executive team on performance and risk. Build a lean, high-performing organization with strong QA and regulatory discipline.
