Job description
Phoenix Tailings, a U.S.-based rare earth metals company, is seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing to lead scale-up, performance, and expansion of our Exeter facility and future sites.
The role requires building safe, reliable, high-throughput, and economically competitive manufacturing systems, establishing operating discipline, and driving continuous improvement to move from early production to repeatable large-scale operations.
