Core Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Narrative: Craft and champion compelling multi-channel narratives that bring our seasonal collections and product drops to life for a global audience.
Growth & Performance Marketing: Oversee the marketing budget and track key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates to optimize ROI across all channels.
Agency & Vendor Management: Build and manage strategic partnerships with external creative agencies, digital marketing firms, PR partners, and global influencer networks.
Creative Direction & Standards: Establish and maintain unified brand aesthetics and quality standards across all public touchpoints, from digital advertising to premium packaging.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a talented, high-energy marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Design, Product Development, Production, Merchandising, and Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with real-time consumer demand and inventory priorities.
Key Deliverables
Execution of global marketing and growth strategies for all annual and seasonal product launches.
Implementation of robust data frameworks and attribution dashboards to monitor real-time campaign performance.
A cohesive, premium brand presence across digital, wholesale, and retail platforms.
Optimized marketing budget allocation that drives growth while protecting margin targets.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive marketing management experience, with a significant emphasis on contemporary fashion, e-commerce, or lifestyle apparel.
Leadership: 15+ years of executive leadership experience managing cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
Technical Skills: Deep proficiency with enterprise ERP systems, web analytics engines (Google Analytics, etc.), CRM platforms, and digital advertising management suites.
Competencies: Exceptional communication, vendor contract negotiation, data analysis, and cross-cultural relationship management skills.
