Job description
Lead the marketing strategy for enterprise AI and autonomous operations. Cadreforce is recruiting a Chief Marketing Officer in Santa Clara, California, for an enterprise software business focused on AI and automation. You will lead global marketing, shape market positioning and connect brand, product storytelling and demand generation to business growth. This role offers broad responsibility: building the marketing organization, strengthening market recognition and developing a demand engine that helps customers understand the business value of agentic AI. What you will lead
Global marketing across product marketing, demand generation, content, brand, public relations, analyst relations, channels, analytics and events.
Go-to-market strategy for new products and solutions, in close partnership with product, sales and customer teams.
Team structure, hiring, accountability, performance measures and quarterly priorities.
Direct and partner-led demand generation, funnel measurement, lead scoring and lead flow, using HubSpot and SEO/SEM.
Product launches, partner programs and content that equips sales, field teams and partners.
Customer advocacy, advisory programs, testimonials and measurable customer success stories.
Responsible use of generative and agentic AI across market intelligence, content, personalization, engagement and marketing operations.
Experience relevant to the role
Leadership across global marketing strategy and execution, with the ability to build and develop a marketing team.
Product positioning and storytelling that translate enterprise technology into clear customer value.
Demand generation, marketing analytics and commercial collaboration with sales and product teams.
Practical familiarity with HubSpot, SEO/SEM, lead management and partner marketing.
Understanding of AI-driven enterprise software and the ability to communicate use cases and business outcomes.

Location and compensation
Santa Clara, California, United States. The advertised annual salary range is USD $250,000–$340,000.
