Job description
The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Chief Medical Officer/Physician to provide care at a vibrant community health center in West Burlington, IA. This leadership role oversees clinical operations with a team of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers.
Expect a 50/50 split between administrative duties and direct patient care (roughly 18–20 patients per day) with a supportive work-life balance and a competitive salary starting around $300,000 plus
