Job description
Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center in Hayward, CA seeks a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead clinical operations and care delivery across TVHC sites. The CMO reports to the CEO and serves on the Executive Leadership Team to drive innovation, care models, and team-based care while optimizing access and outcomes.
Key responsibilities include oversight of clinical operations, quality, population health, ECM and Street Health programs, and risk management with credentialing/privileging.
