Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health’s BID Needham site seeks a Chief Medical Officer to lead clinical practice standards, quality across the medical staff, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with senior leaders to advance patient care quality, safety culture, and operational efficiency.
The role requires an MD with ABMS board certification, a minimum of 10 years clinical practice and 5 years in administration, plus a preferred Master's in Health Admin/Public Health to drive strategic improvements.
