Job description
Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to lead clinical practice standards, quality improvement, and medical staff governance. The CMO will partner with hospital leadership to enhance patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance.
The role requires a Medical Doctorate with ABMS Board certification, a Massachusetts license, and at least 10 years of clinical practice plus 5 years of administrative leadership in quality and regulatory management.
