Job description
NYC Kids RISE is seeking a visionary leader to build and grow the Community Leadership + Training Institute. This role will turn an ambitious citywide vision into durable programs, partnerships, and learning experiences across neighborhoods.
Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will operationalize strategy, lead a growing team, and ensure equity, accessibility, and impact across diverse communities while stewarding resources and advancing place-based collaboration.
