Job description
Southeastern Virginia Training Center (SEVTC) seeks a Chief Nursing Officer to lead the Nursing Department, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities while maintaining CMS compliance and facility policies.
The CNO will oversee nursing operations, staffing, quality improvement, workforce development, and the nursing budget, collaborating with clinical and administrative teams. Virginia RN licensure and strong leadership are required.
