Job description
Sierra Vista Hospital in Sacramento, CA seeks a Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing strategy with a patient-centered focus, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care in line with the mission, vision, and values of the organization and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
The CNO will participate in strategic planning, oversee behavioral health nursing practices, and drive initiatives across People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance within the 171-bed facility.
