Job description
Reid Health is seeking a visionary Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing practice across its system in Richmond, IN. The CNO reports to the President and CEO and will drive a cohesive nursing strategy that strengthens culture, develops leaders, and advances clinical excellence.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of leadership with at least five years in a senior healthcare role, BSN, and RN licensure; MSN or MHA preferred to align with Reid Health's high-reliability goals
