Job description
Jobot is seeking a Permanent Chief Nursing Officer in Charlottesville, VA to lead all nursing operations and drive high-quality patient care across our hospital teams. The CNO will develop and implement policies in line with Joint Commission Standards and CMS compliance, supervise staffing, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives.
