Job description
Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Temple, TX, in a joint venture with Select Medical, seeks a Chief Nursing Officer to lead clinical standards and nursing operations. The CNO will oversee nursing teams and coordinate with other care functions to ensure top-tier patient care.
Qualified candidates have BSN and MSN or equivalent, current RN licensure, and 3–5 years of hospital nursing plus 3+ years in management. Strong leadership and regulatory oversight are essential.
