Job description
Leoforce is seeking an experienced nursing executive to serve as Director of Nursing in Cincinnati. You will lead nursing practice, quality, staffing, and patient outcomes to sustain a patient-focused culture across disciplines.
The role requires a BSN and Master’s degree with Ohio RN licensure, BLS, and CRRN commitment within one year. Expect 24/7 accountability and visibility with a senior leadership team.
