Job description
Iron County Medical Center in Missouri seeks a Full-Time Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead the nursing division, align clinical practice with regulatory standards, and partner with executive leadership on strategic and financial planning for patient care services.
The CNO will supervise Nurse Managers, oversee policy implementation, and drive high-quality, compliant clinical operations across all nursing units while maintaining Missouri RN licensure and current certifications.
