Job description
Waco Family Medicine is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the senior nursing executive and a member of the Clinical Leadership Team. The CNO will lead nursing practice across all sites, drive workforce strategy, patient safety, and evidence-based standards while partnering with the Chief Medical Officer and Senior Director of Clinical Operations.
Responsibilities include setting standards, supervising nursing leaders, workforce planning, and ensuring regulatory readiness.
