Job description
Bassett Healthcare Network in rural Central New York seeks a dynamic physician leader to serve as Service Line Chief of Anesthesiology. This role combines strategic, clinical, and operational leadership across a multi-site system with 13 physicians and 25 CRNAs. The position offers 0.7 FTE clinical and 0.3 FTE administrative responsibilities, with opportunities to improve OR efficiency and recruit talent. The compensation includes a strong base and incentives, plus CME and retirement plans.
