Job description
Confidential Careers seeks a Director to lead its claims, warranty, and customer service organization in the Minneapolis area. You will guide a distributed field service team, a customer service group, and a small inside sales unit, reporting to the VP of Sales & Operations.
You’ll drive a modernized claims process, implement analytics/AI to examine claims at scale, and quantify true costs to improve quality standards. This role blends operational leadership with financial insight.
