Job description
Monroe Community College seeks an Executive Director of Community Relations to lead community engagement, external relations, and major events that elevate the College's profile in the region. You will guide strategy, partnerships, and data-driven decision making, reporting to leadership and MCC Foundation.
The role oversees staff and budgets, partners with diverse stakeholders, and champions diversity, equity, and inclusion while advancing student success and community impact.
