Job description
Northern Trust Corp in Chicago is seeking a high-level Head of Organizational Effectiveness to design and evolve the organization’s structure, workforce, and ways of working to support business strategy and performance.
The role partners with senior business and HR leaders to translate priorities into organizational solutions, operating model design, leadership development, and capability building, with initial leadership of a small OE team.
