Job description
AdventHealth for Children in Orlando, FL, is seeking an experienced Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to lead the division of pediatric cardiac intensive care. This role focuses on growing the CICU program in alignment with our surgical services and actively mentors the CICU team.
The leader will collaborate with the Cardiac Surgery division and the broader pediatric cardiology team to standardize care and implement quality improvements, with clinical time in the CICU and leadership responsibilities.
