Job description
The Town of Carthage seeks an ethical, progressive Chief of Police to lead about a dozen officers and guide the department through growth over the next five to ten years. Reporting to the Town Manager, the Chief will shape strategy, policy and operations while remaining connected to day-to-day policing and community safety.
