Job description
A major NYC health system is seeking a Chief ofQuality to lead quality and performance improvement initiatives within its Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA).
Responsibilities
Lead QAPI and quality improvement initiatives
Monitor OASIS, clinical documentation, and quality metrics
Ensure compliance with home health regulations
Compensation: $160,000-215,000 along with full benefits
Requirements
Active NY RN license preferred but not required
