Job description
Lantern, San Francisco-based, seeks a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO across product, deployments, hiring, and fundraising. You will own priorities end to end, from the first customer call through analysis, decision, and metrics movement.
It's a high-ownership role on a small team with direct influence on company direction. You’ll stand up new functions, drive cross-functional initiatives, recruit critical hires, and support fundraising with models and diligence materials.
