Job description
Arca, a NYC-based wealth management firm, is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to act as the company’s force multiplier, owning cross-functional priorities and building systems that help scale the business. You’ll run day-to-day operations, align initiatives with strategic goals, and explore new growth opportunities to keep the company moving forward.
You’ll work to ensure the small team can operate like a larger organization, focusing on judgment, relationships, and the human side of finance.
