You will own systems, cadences, and metrics that let a fast‑scaling company move faster: setting strategy, rolling out performance management, and embedding AI into how we operate.
The right person has done this before at scale, moves with urgency, and focuses on helping CurbWaste win. You’ll transform ambiguity into clear, company‑wide clarity.
