Job description
Oklo is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Chief Product Officer. This remote role requires shaping priorities, synthesizing meetings, and coordinating across Product and cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and alignment.
The CoS will protect the CPO’s time and build scalable workflows using AI and modern tools. Minimum 8–10 years supporting senior executives, with exceptional writing, judgment, and the ability to drive decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
