Job description
Affirm is seeking a Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product to scale the product leadership function. You will anchor on people problems, own the external product narrative, and lead strategic bets including AI enablement.
In this remote-first role, you’ll design leadership rhythms, coordinate hiring and budget, partner with Technology Operations, and drive a healthier, faster decision cycle across Product, Engineering, Design and Finance.
