Chief of Staff to CEO & CTO — Frontier AI Lab
Compensation: Up to $250,000 base plus Bonus & Equity
This is a genuine Chief of Staff role — acting as the right hand and representative to the CEO and CTO. You will engage across strategy, product, research, fundraising, and operations to help grow the business at a vital stage of expansion. This is a high-impact, high-responsibility position for someone who flourishes in ambiguity and wishes to operate at the heart of a fast-expanding AI company.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with the CEO and CTO on strategy, prioritisation, and execution
Act as a proxy in meetings, decision‑making, and follow‑ups
Drive cross‑functional initiatives across research, product, and business teams
Support fundraising efforts, including investor materials, narratives, and board decks
Identify bottlenecks, surface risks, and ensure alignment across the organisation
Help establish operating cadence and structure as the company scales
Requirements
Experience in a high‑growth startup (Series A–C), top‑tier tech company, or similar environment
Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability; comfortable operating in ambiguity
Exposure to fundraising, metrics, and company‑level decision‑making
Ability to work effectively with technical and research teams
Founder mindset — proactive, opinionated, and execution‑focused
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Background in AI, deep tech, product, or venture
Previous experience supporting senior executives or founders
Experience preparing board materials and investor communications
