Job description
The Lisa Fabiano Group is seeking a confident, proactive Chief of Staff who naturally takes ownership, solves problems before they arise, and brings structure to a fast‑moving business.
You’ll help drive priorities, improve systems, support team performance, oversee onboarding, and step into recruiting and other key initiatives as the company grows. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $65,000–$75,000; Paid time off; Bonus potential and growth opportunity.
