Chief of Staff | Herndon, VA | Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Required
Innovien is supporting the leadership of a major intelligence-focused business, and we're hiring a Chief of Staff to sit at the right hand of its senior executive. You'll track performance, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and turn executive priorities into measurable action across a highly sensitive mission portfolio. This is a high-visibility seat built for someone who wants to grow into portfolio leadership, with direct access to the person best positioned to get you there.
What You'll Do
Serve as a trusted business partner to executive leadership, spotting issues and opportunities before they **escalate**, and consolidating input from senior leaders for executive review
Manage the executive's calendar and daily workload: triage correspondence, prioritize competing requests, and handle approvals so leadership stays focused on strategy
Track goals, priorities, and performance measures, running trend analysis and building visualizations that give leadership actionable insight
Develop plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor tasks against contractual and project requirements
Lead special projects and strategic initiatives with direct exposure to business-level decision-making
What You Bring
5+ years as a Deputy Program Manager or Program Analyst managing multiple concurrent, high-visibility initiatives in a federal environment
Direct experience supporting a division-level executive, including calendar management, correspondence triage, and approvals
A track record of translating strategy into measurable actions, budgets, and schedules that drive execution against contractual requirements
Strong trend and data analysis skills, with the ability to build visualizations leadership can act on
A self-starter who finds gaps and closes them without waiting for direction
Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Nice to Have
Business development support experience, including proposal or pricing reviews
Familiarity with the Intelligence Community mission environment
