Job description
Affirm is a remote-first company reinventing credit. We seek a Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product to scale the product leadership function, anchor on pivotal people problems, and own the external product narrative including AI bets.
You’ll partner with HR, Finance, Design, Engineering, and Legal on roadmap processes, OKRs, headcount, and budget. Strong writing, stakeholder influence, and strategic thinking at scale are essential; visa sponsorship is not available.
